After you book your party, we’ll reach out the week before to confirm your final headcount.

For this reason, we require a non-refundable deposit. However, we understand things come up, so we'll do our best to accommodate moving your party to another available date/time.

Party sizes depend on your location. Please call your center for more information.
My party guests are a wide age range, is that ok?
Yes! Guests 3 years and younger must have an adult (18 or older) on the floor with them. We run parties for ages 1-11 and can adapt the programming to the majority of the ages present or per your request.
What time can I arrive?
You can arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party time but please not earlier since there could be a party before yours finishing up. This also gives our professional coaches time to prepare for your arrival!
What am I allowed to bring to the party? What do I need to bring?
You are welcome to bring in your own decorations and food/drinks. Call your center to see if they offer any additional items.
Is gratuity included or should I tip the coaches?
Gratuities for our coaches are not expected or required but are always welcome and appreciated.
Are waivers required for participation? Any participant on the floor, 18 and under are required to sign a waiver. When you book your party, we will give you a link where you and your guests can sign the waiver ahead of time.
What if there are more participants than my initial headcount?
A final headcount will be taken the day of the party and any additional children will be charged at the end of the party.
Do parents need to stay at the party?
If the children are under 3, a parent needs to be on the floor, for children older than that, please check with the center on parent policy.
How far in advance should I book a party?
To ensure you receive the date and time you are looking for, we recommend that you book your party a minimum of 1 month in advance however at times we do have last minute openings but these are not guaranteed. The sooner the better to get the day and time you desire.
